I’ve been thinking one way to have greater simplicity is to try to only adopt new things into your life that you could see yourself having for a long time.
Habits, clothing, software, relationships… it applies to anything, really.
I’d like to start asking myself: “can you see yourself having it like this for the rest of your life?”
If the answer is no, I should spend a bit more time seeing if that item, habit or relationship is worth putting attention to.
