I’m going to sleep instead of working late into the night. I’m going to wake up at 5 AM to get started on a long list of to-do’s before what I’m treating as a pretty important deadline meeting.

It feels wise to sleep. And I’m going to ask my early-rising friend to call me to confirm I’m awake, right after 5.

Don’t need to be crazy. I can be normal and follow a normal sleeping schedule and still accomplish what’s important.
